Pending Approver Column on the Approvals Table

What’s New?

We’ve heard from many customers that it’s been difficult to track who is holding up an approval when payments are stuck in the process. Whether it’s a critical bill that needs to be paid or month-end closing is delayed due to pending card approvals, knowing who to follow up with is essential.

To solve this, we’ve introduced the Pending Approver column in the approvals screen. Now, you can see exactly who the approval item is currently waiting on, helping you speed up approvals and prevent unnecessary delays.

How It Works

• The Pending Approver column now appears in the Approvals screen.
• It shows the names of the approvers in the current approval stage.
• If multiple approvers exist in that stage all names will be displayed.
