How to Use the Team Members' Cards Dashboard

Accessing the Cards Dashboard

  1. Navigate to the Payments Section:
    • From the main menu, select Payments.
  2. Open the Cards Dashboard:
    • Click on Cards to access the new Cards Dashboard specifically designed for team members.

Managing Your Cards

  1. View Card Details:
    • The dashboard displays all your cards, including the in-store primary card and secondary budget cards. Click the link on any card to view its details.
  2. Link Budgets to In-Store Cards:
    • To link a budget to your in-store card, first find the desired budget card and click "Link budget to primary card". Follow the prompts to complete the linkage, ensuring your in-store card is connected to the appropriate budget.
  3. Check Balances and Card Status:
    • The dashboard provides real-time information on available balances and the status of each card (active or frozen). This information is readily visible, allowing you to manage your funds effectively.
