We’ve introduced biometric authentication (including Face ID and Touch ID) to streamline secure actions in the Weel mobile app. Say goodbye to entering one-time codes every time you want to access sensitive information like card details. Biometrics are here to simplify your experience!

✅ Enhanced Security – Biometrics provide a secure yet effortless way to verify your identity, reducing dependency on SMS or authenticator codes.
1. Initiate Sensitive Action – Next time you perform an action that requires Step-Up Authentication, such as viewing card details, you’ll be prompted as usual.
2. Enable Biometrics – After verifying your identity the first time, you’ll see a prompt to enable FaceID or TouchID.
3. Effortless Authentication – Once set up, simply use your biometric authentication every subsequent time to access sensitive actions instantly.
This feature is now available. Please update to app version 1.34.0 or higher in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
