Approval Policy rule re-ordering and descriptions

What’s New?

We’ve made complex approval processes easier to manage and re-prioritise .You can now:

• Re-order steps in your approval policies
• Add descriptions to each step in the approval chain

These updates are now live for all customers across card, bill, top-up and reimbursement approval policies.

Key Features

🔃 Rule reordering
You can now change the order of approval rules by moving them up and down. This allows you to easily adjust the priority of which the rules are applied to items as you build your approval policy into Weel.

📝 Step-level descriptions
Add a short description to any approval step to provide clarity for your finance team and auditors.

How It Works

Open any approval policy rule for cards, bills, top-ups or reimbursements. You’ll now see:

• An ellipsis button at the top of each rule - click this and move the priority of any rule up and down the order
• A description field at the top of each rule - type in a description to give context to your finance team and auditors

All changes save automatically, and the new step order and descriptions will appear wherever approval chains are shown in Weel.
