Xero Review 2025 Australian Open Terms and Conditions

  1. Promotion Overview
    • This competition (the "Promotion") is run by Weel Holdings Pty Ltd, ABN 39 617 434 607, and is open to past and current Weel customers only who submit a verified review of Weel on the Xero app store.
    • Entries are open from Wednesday 16th October 2024 10:00 AEDT until Monday 9th December 2024 23:59 AEDT. 
  1. Eligibility
    • The Promotion is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are residents of Australia.
    • The rating provided on the Xero app store will not influence eligibility or chances of winning the prize
    • Important: To collect the prize winners must have an active and valid Ticketmaster account
    • Employees of Weel, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  1. How to Enter
    • To enter, participants must complete two steps to be in the draw:
      1. Submit a ‘verified review’ of Weel on the Xero App Store AND
      2. Submit the entry form on our competition page along with a screenshot of their Weel review on the Xero App Store.  
    • A ‘valid entry’ is where participants must enclose a screenshot of their completed review within the Xero app store website and complete and submit the form here.‍
    • Reviews must be submitted between Wednesday 16th October 2024 10:00 AEDT until Monday 9th December 2024 23:59 AEDT.
    • Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple reviews from the same individual will not increase chances of winning.

  1. Verification
    • Reviews must be verified by Weel. Weel reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed to be invalid, fraudulent, or in violation of the review guidelines.
    • A valid entry includes all listed below:
      • Participants has submitted a review on the Weel listing within the Xero app store
      • Participants has completed and submitted the competition entry form
      • Participant has enclosed a screenshot of their completed review within the Xero app store website into their entry form
      • The competition entry has been validated by Weel.
  1. Draw and Prize
    • One Winner will be randomly selected from all valid and verified entries.
    • The draw will take place on Friday 13th December 2024 at 10:00 AEDT.  
    • The Winner will be notified from Monday 16th December 2024. 
    • The Winner will receive 2x tickets to the 2025 Australian Open Men’s Finals session on 26th January 2025 at 19:30 AEDT in Melbourne park, Victoria, Australia.
    • Tickets will be available via digital-format only and will be transferred to the Winner via the Ticketmaster Ticket Transfer feature.
    • The Winner, when contacted, must provide Weel with the email address and/or mobile number associated with their Ticketmaster account  
    • The Winner will be notified via the email or phone details entered into the form of our competition page within 7 days after the draw. If a Winner does not respond within 7 days from the initial contacted date, a redraw will be conducted and a new Winner will be selected and notified.
  1. Prize Details
    • The prize consists of 2 (two) tickets to the 2025 Australian Open Men’s Finals session at Melbourne Park, Victoria, Australia on 26th January 2025 at 19:30 AEDT, valued at a total of $1,961.66. Travel, living and accommodation expenses are not included in the prize.
    • The tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
  1. Publicity
    • By participating, all participants agree to the use of their name and review for promotional purposes without further compensation.
  1. General Terms
    • By participating, all participants agree to opt into marketing communications from Weel as well as communications relating to this competition. 
    • Weel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
    • Weel is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to errors in entry submission or connectivity issues.
    • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Weel, which are final and binding.
  1. Privacy
    • Personal data collected during the Promotion will be used in accordance with Weel’s privacy policy.
