Wiise ERP integration

What's new?

Weel now connects natively to Wiise, the Australian ERP built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

For finance teams running their books in Wiise, every card expense, reimbursement, and invoice flows straight into the right place, with GST  codes already mapped to your Australian chart of accounts. Your spend data lands in Wiise the way your accountant expects it, the moment it happens.

The Wiise integration is available in Beta on the Enterprise plan. Contact your account manager or email success@letsweel.com to get set up.

Why it matters

  • Built for Australian books: Accurately report on GST in Wiise captured from your Weel expenses.
  • Month-end is already done: Expenses sync to Wiise as they happen. You start the close with current books, not a backlog of data entry.
  • Fewer errors to chase: No CSV exports, no manual column mapping. What sits in Weel matches what sits in Wiise.
  • Weel scales with you: When your business is ready to move to Wiise, you can keep using Weel with a native integration.

Key features

  • Expenses sync automatically: Weel card expenses and reimbursements export to Wiise as unposted Journal Lines. Accounts payable invoices export as Purchase Invoices.
  • Your accounts, dimensions and tax codes stay in sync: Weel imports your chart of accounts, dimensions and tax codes from Wiise and keeps them aligned. When something changes in Wiise, you categorise against the current structure in Weel.
  • Import vendors from Wiise: When a vendor is created in Wiise, it can be imported as a new supplier in Weel.
