Authenticator App for Enhanced Security

Our latest release now enables you to add an additional form of authentication via an authenticator app and select this as your primary authentication method.

How to Set Up Authenticator App Authentication

Adding an Authenticator App

1. Access Security Settings:
   • Log in to your account and navigate to the Settings > Profile section.
2. Select Authenticator App:
   • Choose the option to add an authenticator app as an authentication method.
3. Scan the QR Code:
   • Open your preferred authenticator app and scan the QR code displayed on the screen. This will link the app to your account.
4. Enter Verification Code:
   • Enter the verification code generated by the authenticator app to complete the setup process.

1. Choose Primary Method:
   • Once the authenticator app is linked, you can select it as your primary authentication method within the security settings.
