You can now enable cash withdrawals on your Weel physical cards. This gives approved businesses the flexibility to access cash at ATMs in Australia and overseas - all while keeping your existing budgets, controls and visibility intact.
ATM withdrawals enabled - Once enabled by your Admin, your physical card can be used at supported ATMs (domestic and international) to withdraw cash.
Per-card limits - After approval, each physical card can be individually enabled and assigned its own per-withdrawal limit.
Same account, same controls - The feature sits alongside existing spend controls, budgets and approvals you already use with Weel.
For Finance Teams: Extends flexibility of your card program. Employees get access to petty cash or unexpected expenses without needing personal funds or manual reimbursements.
For Admins: Retains control. Access must be requested and approved, limits are configurable and all withdrawals abide by your existing budget rules.
For the Business: A more complete spend tool. Physical cards now cover purchases and cash where it makes sense, reducing need for separate petty-cash systems.
Cash withdrawals is automatically disabled until your business requests access and Weel verifies a few business details.
